Inventory UI



On dungeon runs we get mirrored images of a skeleton statue on either side the bottom menu. This served as a constant reminder of how much assets are recycled in the game, and a missed opportunity.

Much in the manner of games like Diablo that show Angels and Demons on each side of their menu, I felt the same approach would be appropriate for Darkest Dungeon, since this game offers the duality of virtue and affliction.

The vanilla skeleton already represents Death & Affliction as seen by the stress symbol that crowns it. Its opposite would be a new illustration symbolizing Life & Virtue handcrafted by yours truly.

Can be loaded low in the load order as it only tweaks vanilla assets.

Compatible with everything EXCEPT mods that alter this same menu. This includes mods that add more inventory slots. But these can be patched.
