Fixed the decision from the original file:
Traditions/Social Tab
If you have Royal Court run the decision and then replace a tenant you don't want for it
If you don't have Royal Court run the decision, then save game and reload. You will then have the extra slots
Changed the Prestige needed to 1000 from 5000 for easier testing(Might adjust later)

Scenario
You get a mod adding a "more traditions" tradition. You go in and you play the game. You either start at the tradition limit, or accidentally reach that limit, forgetting to get a "more traditions" tradition first. If you lack the Royal Court DLC this means you're screwed since you can't remove any traditions, and even if you have it you've lost 25 years on fixing your messup
