Romanian, Austrian, and other countries – I plan, intend, and want to do this. However, finding the right documents from outside my own country isn't easy. Reliable and accurate enough for me to rely on them. For example, the documents I found and considered reliable for Czech license plates turned out to be outdated, even though they were the newest ones I could find. Not to mention the language barrier, which makes finding and understanding documents from other countries even more difficult.
Therefore, if you'd like to expedite the addition of additional license plates from your country, it would be a huge help if you could direct me to the appropriate websites, help me find materials, descriptions, and official guidelines applicable in your country, which I could then turn into a license plate set and make available to everyone as a mod in ETS2.
once I deal with unclear (for me) regulations and the lack of dimensioned drawings consistent with what I found in the few government documents.
the important part says: The contracting authority points out that the requirement for one of the protective elements, which is a holographic self-destructive sticker, will be removed.
Regarding the "CZ" and EU stars on the Euroband, yes, it should be flat, without a 3D effect. I did this intentionally so I could use a lower-resolution texture and mask the pixels that were already visible.
Regarding the holographic sticker:
I know there used to be a green sticker there (probably related to exhaust emissions). After it was withdrawn (if I remember correctly, in 2015), a holographic symbol appeared in its place.
When creating these license plates, I use government regulations; the hologram design comes from those documents.
I may not have accessed the latest ones—it's difficult to find information in a foreign language, especially official documents.
If there are any newer regulations, please provide links to them.
Government regulations, regulations, etc., are most valuable to me.
