Ammo Smelting Improved

Description
Somewhat optimized and majorly reworked version of "Ammo Smelting for Arsenal and Brita" by Borsek

This mod will almost definitely never be updated, supported, etc or anything. So if someone else wants to do something further than this be my guest I guess. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Do not use this mod with the original mod, only use one.

Original mod Feature List as of creation of this mod:
- Allows smelting of all projectiles and casings into lead and brass, and re-forging them back into any projectile,
- Allows cutting paper into scraps to make shotgun hulls,
- Allows mixing of primer,
- Allows creating primer (Gunpowder + Aluminium) and gunpowder (Log + full bag of Compost/NPK fertilizer + full pack of matches = 2 full jars of Gunpowder), (RECIPE CHANGED BY THIS MOD)
- Allows recycling jewelry into lead
- Allows recycling cutlery and similar into lead
- Allows recycling pop cans and pans into Aluminium
- Allows recycling Car batteries into lead
- Allows scrapping .22 LR
- Allows crafting 40mm grenades
- Allows recycling Aluminium into brass

Changes to the original mod:
-Makes lead, brass, paper scraps, mixed primer all "drainables" instead of individual items to cut down on bulk item lag
-Auto consolidates drainables created by this mod as well as auto-consolidates gunpowder for all scrap ammo recipes from Arsenal (Crafting components/bullets does NOT auto consolidate remainders, only when performing an action that would create a drainable)
-Reworked primer to give 100 instead of 1000
-Reworked gunpowder recipe to be 2 gunpowder from 50% of a bag of charcoal and 25% of a bag of compost/NPK fertilizer
-Added recipe to make charcoal with 5 logs when standing near campfire
-Reduced experience granted by crafts to 25% of original values
-Added MetalWelding level requirements to smelting items into their base components
-Reduced the craft time for various recipes to make smelting items down and then crafting them back up the same time
-Added recipe for crafting .22 LR instead of just being able to scrap
-Added recipes for crafting/scrapping .22 LR to the Lyman skillbook from Arsenal (will probably cause issues with other mods that add recipes to this skillbook, if adding this mod mid-save you should just be able to re-read the magazine, if not idk ask someone else)
-Smelting shotgun hulls now gives paper scraps back as well
-Added MetalWelding/Reloading requirements to 40mm grenade crafting to make these later game items
-Remove the vanilla "Gather Gunpowder" recipe
-Idk probably something else but I think that's it

FAQ:
Q: Will you change X?
A: No.

Q: Can you add X?
A: No.

Q: This mod no longer works will you update it or fix it?
A: Unless I am actively using it or go back to use it in the future and no one else has, No. If you know how to update it yourself then do it yourself and publish it, then post a message in the comments of this mod directing people to yours.

Q: Does this work for Y Version
A: I have no idea, I've only used/tested this against the latest version of B41 as of the mods publishing/last update date. Probably not but who knows, go test it yourself.

Q: Will you disable comments/posts/whatever else steam allows for communication on workshop mods
A: No. Disabling these things is stupid, does it restrict the ability for people to whine about whatever stupid thing that's going on that you don't care about? Yes. Does it also restrict people from easily communicating information about your mod for others to easily reference later? Also Yes. The second is the greater evil in my eyes. Complain away but at least be helpful to each other because I won't be.

Q: Does this work mid-save?
A: Should work, just re-read the Lyman Magazine.

Q: Does this work in multiplayer?
A: I sure hope so since that's what I'm using it for.

Q: I can't figure out Y, how do I do this?
A: Ask someone else, install craft helper, read the code.

Q: Can I update/improve this mod myself?
A: I didn't ask the original creator for permission so don't ask me. Just do it. Mods for games too often become stagnant because original creators don't update them anymore and creating a "fix" or "patch" mod just to basically rework the whole thing is stupid. Just do it. What started as me wanting to rework the items created by the original mod to drainables ended up with a whole host of other changes. Once again, Just do it.

Q: Any other question
A: Probably won't be answered by me. If someone else hasn't answered, you win the prize of being able to test it yourself and post your findings in the mod comments.
