Wheelbarrow Weight Fix & Weight Balance [B42.12+]

Description
This mod increases the maximum weight of the wheelbarrow to 180. It also changes its weight from 20 to 4.


*It is safe to install it in midgame.*


If you want to rebalance the wheelbarrow statistics yourself, just edit it in:
