Helios Garden Module RE2

An updated version of the Helios Garden Module for RE2 specifications.

So what's different?
-Removed all solar panels and capacitors since they're no longer available on CVs in RE2
-Replaced one T2 Generator with a T1 Plasma Turbine
-Removed T2 Fuel Tanks and put 2 T1 Plasma Turbines and one T1 Fuel Tank in place

This was a very quick and easy update, that was only really needed because solar is no longer supported on CVs in RE2. In Powersave mode with all lights on, it runs just about 518W.
