Smelt Firmarlite

Description
Smelt your own Firmarlite planet-side without having to interact with the rest of the galaxy. Adds three new recipes (as part of the Research tree; tier 2) to setup your Firmarlite plant. They're resource heavy to create but you can now reliably have it as part of your production line for those that fine-tune thier factories to precision.

This is a great addition for those that want to soley focus on factory building and want very little or no part of the Galactic Market.

This is a complimentary mod for the 'Way Too Immersive' mod.

Let me know if anyone wants a stepped-down version or a more hardcore version. I felt it was a good balance this iteration of procedures and resources for planet-side Firmarlite bars; plus it uses up some Technum just sittin' there doin' nothin'.
