!!Yipee!!

adds a flash powder seed that grows flashpowder at 1/4th the normal grow speed (also craftable with 3 flash powder).
that is the normalized application of this seed.

i took a code snippet from the PlantsPlus mod. a nice mod for some specialized hardcore runs:
