1. The Beginning
Ok ok welcome to our therapy session, so can you tell me out of your view has your condition worsen or did it get better?

Ok how often do I have to tell you this if you don't stop hitting this sh*t your condition will get worse and worse.

You know what I wanted to keep this until the end might es well play it now so you remember why your here.

2. The Tape

I can not belive this is the third time this month last time you started f*cking the water bottle and before that you nearly f*cked the blender and you also have me.

No but's you haven't showered in 4 weeks and you haven't talked to me in 5 days.
You didn't even notice that Hunter your baby fell down the stairs in to your crack stash and now not only has brain damage but also a crippling addiction to crack!

But I live in this game.

3. The Decision
Ok Gerald,

we have to options now, either you go back to f*cking virtual dogs and people or you will choose to continue reading and try to accually better your self.

So what are you choosing. No one will judge you for any decision.

For anyone leaving now goodbye enjoy what ever your doing.
4. The Path to Improvment
Ok you made it clear that you want this so first step to Improvment

- Stop playing at earliest (before 12 pm), at latest (3 am)
- Stop sleeping in VR acually take off the headset for once and go to sleep without it
- Stop f*cking virtual beings
- Don't spend more than 4 hours a day on VR if you have problems lowering the number try it step by step first 12 H then 10 H then 8 H and so on
- Spend quality time with friends and family (yes that is possible with out a VR headset)
- Go shower
- Did you know you can also play on other devices even with your friends :O
- And have the motivation
