When you use an adrenaline, you get infinity ammo untill the adrenaline effect vanishes.

The infinity ammo works on both primary and secondary weapons.

Is this stacked? Jabbed myself with adrenaline multiple times at once in the first The Parish level and I had infinite hour way past the adrenaline effect
