More stone per rock

Description
A mod made by request (@Cihiu). Guaranteed chance to receive a stone per hit on rocks and a 75% chance to receive stone per hit on large boulders.

Rocks also now take 26 hits (instead of vanilla 25) for the sake of my sanity being able to test mod parameters.
