TPASystem (Multiplayer request-based teleportation system!)

Description
This mod allows players to request, accept, and deny teleportation requests between other players. Useful in multiplayer situations.

To request a teleport to another player, type: /tpa PlayerName
To accept a teleport request from a player, type: /tpa accept (or /tpa a)
To deny a teleport request from a player, type: /tpa deny (or /tpa d)

Teleport requests expire after 30 seconds, in which case another will need to be sent.

When accepted, you'll be teleported 2 meters in front of the other player. This works on players only and does not teleport grids.

(next part of last comment):

I would love to make this a completely HUD based mod at some point, which I am actively looking at with TextHUDAPI. But for right now, it's chat based, with some newly added HUD notifications, and a Warp effect (which isn't fully implemented yet btw). Like I said, it's a vision, and it's going somewhere... I don't expect the mod to blow up or anything. It's just a fun little endeavor that I'm working on in my free time.

Busty, if you can pitch to me an idea for a thumbnail, I'd be more than happy to go over that with you and figure something cool out that would suit this mod well.

Cheers! :se:

Crimson, thank you for the comment! & the award(s)!

I myself don't like using AI for stuff, but I couldn't think of much better for a thumbnail in this instance and point in time. Another reason I used an AI thumbnail is because I don't expect this mod to blow up or become popular or anything, it's more of an idea that I have that I'm making a reality because I haven't seen anything out there like it.
Although, to be fair, one could argue on the "fully AI" part of the thumbnail, because I did Photoshop the Engineer who had a bad day after he ate Taco Bell, flying into the teleportation portal... that said, I understand where Busty is coming from, and as previously mentioned - I plan to make a better thumbnail (while keeping the Engineer and his newly found disdain for Taco Bell in there) at some point.

gotta be honest, this is a mod, the description is fully flushed out stating exactly what the mod does, and the fact that it has to do with world scripts rather than in game scripts, makes it make sense that yellow would use an AI image.

it's not like there's an actual block model involved in the teleportation for them to take a picture of.

so, all in all, good job yellow, ya get an award from me, ignore busty's scathing negativity.

AI generated thumbnails make me actively avoid clicking, I only did for this one because it seems like an actually useful mod, and if it didn't have AI in the thumbnail, it would probably get more attention.

BustyCatbot, I plan to do a more fully-fleshed out thumbnail. This one was a quick and dirty one so there was some sort of thumbnail existing. :)

I think I speak for a lot of people when I say I would literally prefer a back background with white text on it, and not AI.
