Description
This mod is a huge project planning to overhaul Overgrowth into a dark fantasy game. It is NOT a campaign story mod.

DARKGROWTH: Souls Overhaul for Overgrowth

The released version here on the workshop is heavily unfinished and contains many bugs and has random fatal errors. We decided to release what is here to showcase what IS possible. It was a good run. Hop into any campaign or sandbox level to test out the features and check out the new controls in the settings menu.

Over the past 292 days—almost a year since we started—two dedicated people have poured their time and passion into this mod. There's been so many ups and downs. Loss of motivation and breaks. Even cut-content but It's been a true miracle of development, and I consider it our magnum opus. I'm deeply grateful for everyone's support and involvement. I also hope that maybe Wolfire could take a look at this wild reimagining of Overgrowth themselves and get a kick out of it.

WHAT TO EXPECT

- Enhanced realism: Lock-on systems, health bars, rolling dodges, new animations, a new weapon, and a revamped stamina system.

Glimpse – iFrame roll script, tweaks in enemy control, disabling player dodge/throw, non-contextual attacks, Souls-like lock-on, multi-attack system, shoulder cam toggle, dash attack, aura effects (basically most of the mod)
