Pre-Pitch/Vignettes Inspired Propaganda

Description
Yea those are real pictures, just how Valve used pictures of Lenin in their early C17 props.

This replaces almost all the Combine and Breen posters with 3 variants inspired by Marc Laidlaw's Vignettes from the Pre-Pitch era of Half-Life 2 (i think lol)

I just found an addon that recreates the 2002 UBC posters, if you want to make this addon a bit less repetitive in the posters.

@SuitingBeret297 When I have the time I want to do a full 98 to 2000 alpha soundtrack, just completely rescore the game with music from the 3 films that HL2 sampled for stingers
