Placeable Map Markers

Description
A super simple mod that adds a special "Marker Signpost" to the game. When this signpost has text, it'll add a marker to the map with that text at the location where the signpost is placed.

Looks like a useful additin for the map.
Is the marker visible to everybody or only for the one who placed the sign?
And does the marker counts towards the maximum number of player markers on the map?
