Everyone's least favorite CTF map now as a Symmetric/Push CP map!
This works similarly to Powerhouse, where the middle point only unlocks after a certain time, and having only three points instead of five.

Changes:
* The middle most turbine was removed so the neutral point could be created;
* The containers are half open and both of them have a medium ammo crate inside;
* Inspired by Turbine Pro, the vents no longer drop directly down into the intel room, instead you have to turn an extra right before dropping down;
* The raised section before the intel room now also features a medium ammo crate instead of only a health pack;
* Minor changes to texturing and lighting, including the skybox.
