Heat Seeker

Description
A piece inspired by the jungle biome's predator, combined with the thermal camera colors. Idea behind the concept is how predator seeks the enemies as rust players.

Mainly handcrafted, drawing and coloring around the theme. Supported by additional green iridescent layer.

Palette
Purple, Yellow, Green

Iridescent
A green layer rotates around the surface with the specular+normal map as the camera rotates, which was additional color for the thermal gradient.

Glowing
NONE

Tools used
Photoshop for sketching the idea, Substance Painter and Marmoset Toolbag for baking and painting into 3d space, applying bumps, etc.
