I think this idea is neat, even if not brand new by any means. At least it should be pretty simple.

I mean I don't know if I found it myself or not, I could've seen it somewhere before and then just not realize that. To be honest, the chamber before was way messier (with cubes and other stuff), but I couldn't figure out how to make it all work, so I just thought this solution is alright and left it like this

Yeah, this is a common technique used in maps but it's kinda clever if you didn't see it anywhere and found it yourself. I like how simple this is tho lol
