Refracted Weapon Kit

Description
INTENDED FOR USE WITH THE 'REFRACTED' PALETTE FROM DEARHADRIAN'S PALETTE PACK https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3287859062&searchtext=dearhadrian but can be used indepdently, it just looks a lot better together as this is what the VFX was designed for :)
currently doesn't have custom VFX for deathless, unfortunately it looks like the mod editor is missing the thing to edit that
