Natural Wonder Spawn Fixes

Valley of Flowers, Gullfoss, and Iguazu Falls are very uncommon to see. This is because they have strict spawning requirements. Based on my testing, they show up less than 5% of the time.

This mod makes slight tweaks to their spawning rules to make them show up with more frequency.
