Residental buildings type P-46M (5-7-9 stages)

Dear friends, hello. I am ready to provide you with one of the common design series in Moscow and the Moscow region (not found in numerous versions in Tuapse and in Odessa - the only copy in the whole territory of Ukraine) - P-46M. P-46M is a series of panel residential buildings created on the basis of the P-46 series. The construction of houses of this series began in 1994 and continues to this day. Houses of the standard P-46M series, created on the basis of the standard P-46 series (built from 1975 to 1997), in comparison with it have increased heat and sound insulation, a freight and passenger elevator. Also, the basic modification did not have 4-room apartments, and 3-room apartments were located only in the rotary (corner) sections (entrances). Among the advantages are sliding double-glazed windows, heater-type radiators with a thermostat. The P-46M also has many of its own modifications, some have balconies, others have loggias, somewhere balconies only from the 2nd, 3rd, or 1st floor, many color options, as well as a wide variety of floors. The most common are 5, 7, 9, 12, 14-story variations. But there can also be 3, 4, 6 floors.

This mod adds linear and corner sections of low-rise buildings: 5, 7 and 9 floors in a single style and color scheme. High-rise variants of 12 and 14 floors will be added by a separate mod, since they differ significantly from low-rise buildings. Skins are also planned as a separate mod in the future, since there are many coloring options for this series. For ease of search, the names of the models are conveniently numbered: P-46M (5-1U) - 5 - number of floors, 1 - number of entrances, U - corner section indicator.
P.S. At the moment, the night lighting has a flaw - a greenish night light, like my first models. I know about it and will work on it and look for ways to fix it.
