The mod includes a heating plant building inspired by the vanilla small heating plant. The heating plant produces the same amount of heat and uses the same amount of coal as the vanilla one, but is slightly more expensive to build. The building has 1 road connection, 1 pedestrian connection, 1 factory connection for waste and 2 rail connections.
