A touch over 10:00min with no replicator use. Exactly 5:00min with the replicator. Push the times out just a touch, and it works, even with all the odd extra things.

this first-published level is functional. it's a little odd having painted water instead of the actual moving water provided by TV2, but the random decorations are cute. definitely need more challenging goals, these are unnecessarily simple, but the main problem is that you forgot to change the completion times. i don't think 3, 4, or 5 minutes is possible. i did enjoy having a billion dollars though : )
