Duplicate Ticket Furniture

Description
Makes it so that when buying furniture with furniture tickets, it gives you a copy of the furniture rather than removing it from the area and giving it to you.

This is my first mod coded in C#, so it might have issues.

Yeah, the items do restore themselves, but I kind of dislike how items just disappear from the map.

while this is nice to keep the furniture there when using the ticket, i am fairly sure the map ends up restoring itself after some time. but this is nice for aesthetic reasons or if you want to get as many of the item as possible.
