Flak Weapon Buff

Description
Ever felt like the flak weapon in X4 firing speed is too slow and Boring?

Well let's kick it up a notch.

Flak weapon : Firing speed +400%
Flak weapon : Damage -400%

Enjoy the beautiful fireworks.

Note 1: This mod may degrade your PC performance due to a higher firing rate. (More bullets = more CPU calculation)

Note 2: This mod will increase your flak weapon accuracy due to a higher bullet count. Which is why this mod was called "Flak Weapon Buff" even though the DPS was the same.
