开局仓库储量+100%，火车200金钱，尸体回收+1。

每8小时失去（2*难度等级）的希望值，若防御部队出现伤亡则额外失去（5*难度等级）
资源消耗量=当前人口/4
1.当希望>60：全产恢复，不再出现负面事件
2.当60>=希望>30：
（1）全产-30%
（2）每8小时25%概率有如下惩罚：1.失去金钱：2*（居民数量）2.失去资源：50
3.当30>=希望>0
（1）（1）全产-60%
（2）每8小时25%概率有如下惩罚：1.失去金钱：4*（居民数量）2.失去资源：100
4.当希望<0时游戏失败
