Description
"November 15th of '58! All was well, another day saved, when... his cape snagged on a missile fin! Stratogale! April 23rd, '57! Cape caught in a jet turbine! Metaman, express elevator! Dynaguy, snagged on takeoff! Splashdown, sucked into a vortex! No capes!" - Edna "E" Mode

This adds a new costume that removes Hat Kid's cape so you can prevent any cape related incidents.

Oh, I didn't know it was already on the workshop. Although, it's an asset replacement instead of a dye/costume.
