A highly adaptive neurological virus that attacks motor impulses, leaving its victims conscious but unable to move a muscle. Those infected cannot speak, swallow, or even blink—yet they continue to hear and see everything around them. As the disease progresses, they develop terrifying visions, hallucinations of monsters, and constant paranoia. Death is rarely immediate: patients remain alive, trapped inside their bodies, until they succumb to starvation, dehydration, or organ failure.
