My Casual Mod (Less penalties; 4 skills per level; double reload time for potions)

Description
I made this mod for myself and decided to share it — maybe someone will find it useful.
The goal was not to make the game harder (there are already plenty of mods for that), and also not to make it a cheat-fest. Instead, I wanted something in the middle — for people who enjoy the game but don’t have endless time for grinding.

This mod makes a few targeted changes to smooth out the experience without breaking the balance too much:

- Resistance penalties reduced — Epic: -10% (instead of -40%), Legendary: -20% (instead of -100%). (I always felt these penalties were way too extreme compared to other games. Even in WoW I had to take care of them less);

- 4 skill points per level (instead of 3). I hate wasting points just to unlock “+” nodes and more variations for your builds;;

- Fixed potion spam by doubling their cooldown. Now you need to time your potions properly and play more carefully.

Compatibility:

Works with Steam Achievements
Supports all DLCs
Multiplayer-compatible (both host and players need to subscribe to the mod and run it in-game)

How to Run the Mod:
To run the mod, you need to complete these steps every time you open the game (but you will keep any extra points you've gained regardless of whether the mod is running or not):

1)Select Play Custom Quest at the main menu.
2)Create a new character if you haven't already. This will be your "dummy" character which exists solely for the purpose of loading mods and will not be the character you'll be playing the mod with.
3)You should see a list of your mods at the bottom right. Select your desired option and hit Start.
4)The game will take you to your Play Main Quest character with a pop-up message saying you've loaded an "invalid map file", but don't worry, the mod has been properly loaded and you're ready to go! Click Ok, then hit the Start button again to play!
5)Even if you only back to a menu for change a character, you need to activate my mod again.

Only one mod can be active at a time!

Hope you will enjoy.
