Anti-Mass Accelerator is a new Halloween-only spell that replaces Pomson and Bison particles projectile, muzzle flash, idle and impact effects with an Invasion C.A.P.P.E.R.-inspired alternatives. Teamcolored, and features a custom uber/cloak drain particle.
