1) Subscribe the mod
2) Start the singleplayer game, open the MOD manager and enable the mod.
3) Buy the truck and trailer, save the game and then join TruckersMP.
4) Enjoy driving :D

You don't need to do anything extra. In the purchase section, buy the trailer from the SCS section and the truck from the mod vendor section. When you buy it, the loads won't appear on the trailer, but when you start driving and attach the trailer, the loads will appear. Of course, you won't make any changes to the trailer. @Sheltered
