Better Planet View - Zone 10 Slot Fix

Description
This is a temporary fix for the diplay issue occured when both the Better Planet View and Zone with 10 Building Slots mods are used together.

This mod will display building slots of each zone in two rows, so it also works with other cases of 6–10 slots. It is not recommended to use it if you use 5 or fewer slots for a zone, as it will cause large gaps between zones. Under such circumstance, please use the Compact Mode instead.

To use this mod, place it below the BPV main mod. For other BPV-related mods, please keep the load order as recommended by the author.

@mckennajohn59 Technically speaking, making a 20 slots version wouldn’t be very difficult. However, considering that the number of players who would like this version or other variants (30, 50, or even larger) is probably not very large, creating a series of mod variants might clutter the MOD pool. Personally, I suggest that you may follow the instructions from "BPV - More Building Slots" mod for customizing slot settings and making local modifications instead. Many thanks!

这模组只提供界面的修复，想要更多建筑槽位去打那些增加槽位的。

@Hunab Ku Hi，前辈你好呀，按照我自己的经验来看，这个模组和小伞的模组并不冲突。如果前辈开启的模组比较多，大概率还是和某个模组冲突导致的，建议前辈使用二分法查找一下冲突的原因，这样才好进一步分析的说。

Hey guy there is one thing I want to ask, when u guy use this mod list, do u guy feel that when u guy click on building menu then it ASAP change to build queue is a bit or too annoying.
