Description
Ensures that Tech and Civic unlocks are sorted cleanly.

By default, icons are displayed in the order they're added to the game, so anything added by DLC and mods comes at the end. Another issue is that there is no consistent order in the first place. This mod fixes this by enforcing the following order for all technologies and civics:

1. Units
2. Improvements
3. Buildings
4. Wonders
5. Projects
6. Diplomatic Actions
7. Traditions
8. Modifiers

Units were put to the front because their icons lack a frame so they look odd if in the middle of the rest. 5-8 all have the same frame so I put those together as well for aesthetic reasons.

Important Note: On a technical level, this is a gameplay mod and not a UI mod due to the way I implemented the changes. However, they do not affect gameplay. I marked them as not affecting savegames so you can activate it for ongoing games, but do so at your own risk.

Note for modders: This mod rebuilds the entire "ProgressionTreeNodeUnlocks" table with a Load Order of 130 000. Any item added to this table with a higher load order will not be sorted.

You fixed something I did not even realize was a problem; now I wonder how I did not even notice this inconsistency. Great target for a mod!
