Description
The ship with modular rooms.
Based off a spaceship idea I had a decade ago, where each room could detach from a corridor and slide around when you want to reorganise the position of rooms.

In practice it's a bit fiddly to use since tiles must be deconstructed to detach sections (there's no decoupler parts in-game) and reconstructed before reattaching.
The winches/anchors (by each room entry point) along with maneuvering controllers (on each room) allow rooms to get in and out of the 3 main pathways across the ship.
Once one room is in the main pathway it can slide across with the assistance of the 4 detachable winching points (at the ends of each main pathway) - these have ship computers and solar panels so they can use maneuvering controllers to pull rooms to their destinations (without needing to connect to the rest of the ship). They can also temporarily connect to the moving room to charge that room's maneuvering controllers.

While building the ship, there was a a few times when I would use this feature to move similar rooms together (sometimes connecting them afterwards).


Other features of the ship include:
- passive cooling (using thin walls and heaters in v0.13) to let the ship be safe near some medium difficulty stars
- switches to toggle off tractor beam combat rooms
- a switch to turn off the starcred mining room (allowing the power consumption to fall to the point that only solar panels will be used)
- bot docks by certain locations (to let specific robots idle near certain useful devices, so that they can function faster)
- winching arms (on either side of the ship) that can pull derelicts to space ports to be sold
- a defensive/evasive combat device loadout
