L4D2 Style L4D1 Portraits

Description
I was never a fan of the l4d1 survivor portraits but I've always liked the l4d2 survivor portraits so I thought this would be an interesting addon to make. :)

This also fixes the misaligned textures and makes the portraits slightly more HD! (The original dimensions were 64x64 and the new dimensions are 128x128)

I don't see the point of doing that since I used the l4d2 survivor portrait background

any chance of implementing the consistent bill icon to this? the background stripes are not the same with other l4d1 survivors.
