Bakery Balance Patch - Loot Level Replacer

Description
Replaces the loot level on World_0 to rebalance airfield loot. Removes half of the explosive spawners. Intended to be used with the Bakery Balance Patch mod but can be used without.

WARNING: This mod replaces the entire loot level on World_0, meaning any other mod that does the same will be incompatible

Spawners removed:

- 18 scrap piles
- 2 brick piles
- 32 explosive spawners
- 40 dynamite spawners
