Better snipers
No longer useless snipers

- Can be hit just like any other soldier. Why should a sniper be hit easier?
- Better camouflage
- You can aim, shoot, and reload faster.
- a few more hit points

Overall, for more balanced gameplay and greater use of snipers, as
was previously the case in CoH 1, for example.

Reduced the hit points
Sniper shooting is more realistic now. Reloading is faster.
Reloading is now faster, making shooting more realistic and more efficient overall than before.
This also allows snipers to achieve veteran status more quickly.
You now have to pay more attention to snipers because they have slightly fewer hit points and are easier to kill (which I think is more realistic), but it's all the more worthwhile to let them level up.
