Lazy Gmod port

"It reeks like... piss."

Makes rebels look filthy/dirty after over a week of constant clashes with combine military during uprising. Now you can basically smell fishy/shroomy body odor right through your screen. This was originally made as a counterpart to dirty soldiers in EP2, but it fits rebels in any place tbh

@Skeletondudeofficial, y'know, i need more info than that. Do you have 10 billion mods installed by any chance? Make it number one priority in a mod list, look for conflicting addons that also change rebels in any way. If issue is still present, give me your mod list. Also tell me in what chapters did you encounter this problem. I just checked and it works fine for both hl2,ep1 and ep2.
