After the production of the FXV had ended, Austie had simply thrown away all the tooling into the back alley of the factory lot. Unfortunately, this had meant that anyone with enough cash to hire a truck could simply walk in and nab it. One man, John Johnsman, decided to do just that, and began building up a new car manufacturer, PHOSFER.

However, a problem arose with the tooling he had "borrowed" from austie. two halves made the front and rear of an FXV RW-GT, while the middle portion was for the BL wagon/sedan. In a brilliantly cheap move, old JJ (as his mother called him) simply grafted the three ends together to create the Deoxie. and thus, PHOSFOR entered the car scene.

TRIVIA:

The SUNDAT was a personal design from JJ himself, for a friend who lived in Australia. However, the SUNDAT was oddly popular in the United Kingdom also, being sold in record numbers to Scottish farmers from Shetland rurals to Glasgow city-folk.
