Description
"A runabout! I'LL STEAL IT! NO ONE WILL EVER KNOW!"

Except instead of an runabout, he jacks a go-kart and gets himself a Karters 2 license.

His soundbank at the moment only contains his clips from the 1942 Dover Boys short, which is already pretty short on dialogue, so I may update it in the future if I can find more similar voice clips that Mel Blanc did for other characters.

Contains his driver outfit as an alternative outfit.

Mod has been updated to properly integrate his driver uniform as an alternate outfit.
