Mini Mech Recharger

· Safe to add to a save game

Miniaturize the Mech Rechargers

Mech Recharger was resized to 1x1 and Large Mech Recharger was resized to 1x2.
No new Mech Rechargers were added, only the sizes of the existing buildings were modified.
And they can now be uninstalled and reinstalled.

Can we please have a separate version of this as an addition to the base game mech chargers? I second the one for gestators too...

Can you make a mod like this but change the size of the mechanoid gestator?

yes this is necessary IMO because the mech stuff was created prior to Gravships existing. With gravships having so much space issues for balance it makes sense the rechargers being smaller.
