Report a translation problem
Move my mod from ...\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\233860\3554850177 to ...\Steam\steamapps\common\Kenshi\mods\ , and rename the folder to match the mod name.
Open the mod in FCS in isolated mode by opening the .mod file directly (without pre-launching FCS). You’ll see the list of items changed by my mod — open an item and change the values to whatever you want.
When you’re done, just save and close.
Then try looting it directly with your character instead of just clicking it remotely.
OR maybe you're just playing in a resolution lower than 1080p, then I can't help.
Compatibility depends on what exactly the other mod does.
There are a few ways to make stacks work: a stack parameter for a specific item — that one works in almost any condition — and a stack multiplier for a specific container or backpack. My mod works with containers and backpacks. So, if the other mod you want to install also changes stack multipliers, the mods will override each other. The game will use the value from whichever mod is lower in the load order.
