UPDATE: White flag issue for captured cities has been fixed and cities now start with modded flags.

Is it possible to release a Canada with a Western Country designation? Like replacing Arvik or something so that western weapons and vehicles can be used? Thanks for putting the content pack out! I've been enjoying it a lot so far.

white flags have been fixed, start a new game for full fix, not necessary though.
