Description
A cult favorite roadside restaurant in Montreal, Canada. It’s shaped like an orange and serves the namesake ice-cold special drink, as well as comfort food like poutine and hotdogs.

Neon sign prop “Gibeau Orange Julep - Sign” is included in the pack.

It is 20m tall in game - a bit larger than the 12m height in real life. I highly recommend a visit if you’re ever in Montreal. Use it next to your parks, tourist district, or even an expo site. To replicate how it is IRL, add circular parking spaces around it.

Color mapped but you can only change it with ‘repaint it’ mod - make it a lemon, apple, lime, whatever you want! No built-in automatic color variations.

Ideally you'd want to sub to the "GEC Z8370 Orange" light props as well - but it's just a prop - the building functions without it.

@Vinland_Viking87 thank you! Planning to do some other larger buildings but I'll need to stick to simple structures - rusty with blender and i don't have a ton of time. There is something coming very soon that is taller than 10 floors :)

Awesome Montréal asset as always. Do you plan on doing larger buildings like The Olympic Stadium or St Joseph Oratory? Ther is also the new ONF/NFB Headquarter that is a nice building.

@Springfoot I had thought about it! It would be a huge project for sure, but if you think about it habitat’s structures are very repetitive
