Harvey Leblanc—better known as Bobby—is the man who keeps the communist rebellion armed to the teeth. Acting as a direct middleman between U.S. manufacturers and the rebel movement, he ensures that the right weapons end up in the right hands.

Just like his brother who runs Bobby Ray’s, Bobby also works for A.I.M. He doesn’t just supply mercenaries—he occasionally joins them on the battlefield. After spending some time with Barry, he learned how to craft shaped charges and quickly went from makeshift assistant to independent explosives manufacturer.

For Bobby, time is money. Nothing is ever left to rust—he constantly repairs and maintains his gear to avoid nasty surprises in the field. When he’s not blowing things up or fixing them, you’ll usually find him at the shooting range, cutting new deals and negotiating contracts.

There, he has already crossed paths with several mercs such as John Butcher, Raven, Ice, and even Huyuhyiu (a guy who thinks he’s a ninja, but looks more like Arnold Schwarzenegger with all the muscles).
