stalemateHUD: Second Edition

Alright, instead of updating stalemateHUD, I create an another HUD addon at the request of multiple peoples that complains about "removed survivor portraits" and a "white box" of dead player.
So basically - the "stalemateHUD: Second Edition" is just same "stalemateHUD" addon, but with survivor portraits and moved HUD elements.

Features and edits:
- Reworked player and teammate panel
- Minimized progress bar: removed icons and centered progress bar
- Minor changes of weapon panel: color is now white instead of green
- Minor changes of scoreboard: increased Steam avatar, restored unused features (server name, survivor background)
- Death an spectator screen now similar to Versus death screen (but death screen has a fully red text)
- Some changes of kill feed
- Chat panel: Increased width and height
- Close captions: Quotes in subtitles shows up faster
- Minimized survivor timer
- Compatible with Urik Crosshair Support

Note: addon doesn't affect Versus (mostly) and Scavenge specific interfaces.
I also recommend to install custom fonts, because vanilla font looks ugly and ruins simplified aestetics.
