Buling (Lit. Fortunetelling Spirit, Chinese: 卜灵) is an upcoming resonator in Wuthering Waves, a traveling fortune teller from Mono who specializes in exorcism, divination, and fortune telling. Buling has connections to Jinhsi, having trained under the same master, and she mentions their shared history when meeting the player. As a spiritual practitioner, she warns about bad omens and trapped fortunes in Rinascita, suggesting the area has poor Feng Shui flow.
