Soviet catenary anchoring

The mod can function independently, without other mods.
Adds several supports (monuments without collision) for simulating an anchor section. Anchoring is used to fix and control the tension of the catenary wires. The average distance between anchor supports on a straight line is 800–1600 meters, or less, for example, if the entire anchor section is the track of a turnout between two tracks.
1. Cat. Anchor New — support with semi-compensated anchoring, counterweights provide tension tension to the contact wire.
2. Cat. Fixed Termination New — support with rigid anchoring, the contact wire is attached immovably.
3. Cat. End Anchor New — an end anchor mast, used at the end of the track at stations and dead ends.
4. Cat. Transition Mast 1 New — transition support without sectioning, used where the overhead lines of two adjacent anchor sections overlap after an anchor mast, including at turnouts.
5. Cat. Transition Mast 2 New — a variant of the transition support for straight sections;
6. Cat. Anchor Old — steel anchor support.
