Since this has the slug, it can only be spawned directly at FJ Warner Docks.

This is the much more powerful and fuel efficient version of the Diesel-Electric Train Mk3.

Employs 4 large steam pistons giving a maximum power output of 5500 Watt. Alone without the slug, it can only pull about 2000 Watts.

Slugs increase the amount of power distributed. As it turns out, Stormworks authors have never played Derail Valley and do not understand how Tractive Effort works, where you get more tractive effort with weight on each axle. More tractive effort means less slippage.
