Vladimich Milan is a non-commissioned officer who fought alongside prominent rebels in Grand Chien in the name of communism.
He serves as the vital link between his superior officer, Captain Namha, and the ranks below, relaying orders and intelligence.

But Milan is not just a messenger. He has always fought on the front lines, recruiting and training rebels himself, and he takes their survival and success in battle to heart.
A former Grand Chien special forces soldier, he is a close-combat specialist — mobile, courageous, and the one who breaks through enemy defenses to lead his troops forward.

Milan is also a source of unwavering moral support before, during, and after missions, for any unit he is attached to.
Many heroic stories are told about him, but one stands above the rest: the mission code-named Pentagruel.
Caught in a deadly ambush with no chance of survival, Sergeant Marx kept his composure and acted decisively, preventing chaos from consuming his squad.
That heroism, however, came at a price. Leading from the front, he saved his men but lost a leg in the firefight that echoed across the city.

After recovering from his wounds, Milan was approached by the International Mercenary Agency operating in the region.
Recognizing the need for his skills and courage, he agreed to occasionally offer his services — especially after learning that some of his fellow communist rebels had already joined A.I.M. as mercenaries.
